APPLICATION

The PVC versions(Part 1 Type 1&2) are generally used for indoor installation and suitable for wet and damp areas. Generally used within industrial process manufacturing plants for communication, data and voice transmission signals and services.

CABLE CONSTRUCTION

Conductors Plain annealed copper wire, stranded according to IEC 60228 class 2 and 5
Insulation Extruded XLPE compound, PE compound can be offered as option
Overall Screen Aluminium/polyester tape with 0.5mm2 screen (7/0.3mm) tinned copper drain wire.
Inner Sheath(optional) Thermoplastic PVC compound
Amouring(optional) Galvanized steel wire
Outer Sheath Thermoplastic PVC compound. UV resistance, hydrocarbon resistance, oil resistance, anti rodent and anti termite properties can be offered as option. Compliance to fire performance standard (IEC 60332-1, IEC 60332-3, UL 1581, UL 1666 etc) depends on the oxygen index of the PVC compound and the overall cable design. LSPVC can also be provided upon request
